The Role

As a Sr. Product Manager, Measurement & Optimization, you'll help the world's leading brands unlock measurable value from their data.. You'll lead the roadmap for campaign measurement, use AI to surface applicable insights, and deliver optimization capabilities that fuel growth and loyalty.

You'll also work with our AI team to lay the foundation for next-generation AI models that power Amperity's agents, helping customers achieve more, faster than ever before.

We're looking for someone with a MarTech or paid media background, experienced in measuring marketing performance, optimizing campaigns, and diving deep into complex datasets to uncover hidden opportunities with business impact.

Your success goes beyond launch — you'll increase adoption, guide optimization, and ensure the products you deliver continue to create meaningful results. You'll operate at the intersection of product, AI/data science, and customer outcomes, partnering with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to build transformative experiences. From core measurement frameworks to predictive optimization, you'll bring clarity, and new ideas to one of Amperity's most strategic and fastest-growing areas. You'll report to the Senior Manager, Product Management - Activation & Paid Media.

Interesting Problems

  • Paid Media & Campaign Measurement: Build the foundation for campaign measurement across last-mile communication and paid media channels, helping brands optimize performance and growth.
  • Customer Impact: Work with customers to reveal the metrics that matter, from the visible to the hidden, in shaping performance.
  • Next-Gen AI Models: Collaborate with our AI team to build models that power Amperity's agents, allowing customers to achieve better outcomes faster than ever before.
  • AI-Driven Insights: Use predictive modeling and analytics to surface relevant opportunities and guide decision-making.
  • Continuous Learning: Establish feedback loops that improve AI insights.

About You

  • 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on data-driven products.
  • MarTech background with expertise in measurement, optimization, and campaign analytics.
  • Experience with data analysis with the ability to dive into complex datasets and extract applicable insights.
  • Practitioner-level understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in marketing technology.
  • Experience leading complex projects with AI/data science, engineering, design, and customers.
  • Comfortable working with large-scale datasets drawing relevant insights from ambiguous data problems.
  • Can translate technical concepts into clear product requirements for all kinds of partners.
  • Experience driving product projects from conception through launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.

Our hybrid work model includes three days in the office each week, providing a mix of in-person collaboration and remote flexibility

Compensation

Base Salary: $170,000-$230,000. Within our pay range, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training. 

Cash Incentives: Cash incentives are also available.

Stock Options:  The opportunity for ownership is an exciting part of Amperity’s total compensation package. Every employee at Amperity receives a new-hire equity grant, commensurate with the scope of their position.
