About The Role
We are looking for a full lifecycle Corporate Recruiter to be a key contributor to our organization's growth in finding exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent into Employee Navigator as well as building a talent pipeline for future hiring. This position will have responsibility for full lifecycle recruiting at multiple organizational levels and across multiple locations across the United States.
Please note: This position is onsite five days a week in Bethesda, MD.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, and other tools for departments across Employee Navigator to include Client Support, Software Engineering, Product, QA, and more.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.
- Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences.
- Leverage Greenhouse for managing the recruiting process.
- Document and update policies and processes on an ongoing basis.
- Contribute to the operational excellence of the team through the leadership of strategic projects.
- Collaborate with teammates to provide and present data-driven updates to Recruiting Director and Executives across the business.
- Research, recommend, and participate in industry relevant events, including campus recruiting and career fairs.
- Utilize creative marketing and sourcing strategies and techniques to promote Employee Navigator as an employer of choice.
- Develop and nurture a pipeline of exceptionally qualified candidates and maintain their level of interest to meet current and future demand.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a Recruiting role (Agency or in-house).
- A proven track record of delivering results through high volume sourcing of active and passive candidates.
- Experience proactively sourcing and closing candidates.
- Ability to collaborate and build meaningful work partnerships with multiple stakeholders.
- Desire and capability to work with other Recruiters to drive recruitment solutions across a wide variety of openings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; organizational and negotiation skills.
- Ability to create a white-glove candidate experience with a service mindset.
- Strong people skills with an ability to read both people and situations and use best judgement.
