This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in Recruitment and HR while supporting the Talent Acquisition Partner identifying and engaging top-tier candidates for complex, hard-to-fill positions in the Europe region. This role involves proactive pipeline building and candidate engagement, market research, and competitive intelligence gathering.

- Conduct targeted resume searches using various platforms and databases
- Implement creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates for niche roles
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and advanced filtering to find qualified candidates
- Proactively approach potential candidates through professional networks and social media
- Evaluate candidates' qualifications against complex job requirements
- Use structured phone screen techniques to gauge candidates’ proficiency against key requirements
- Create and maintain talent pools for hard-to-fill and recurring positions
- Provide insights to the TA team and hiring managers on talent market conditions
- Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, candidate interactions, and pipeline status
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes and best practices (2+ years of relevant experience)
- Fluent English language knowledge
- Knowledge of social media platforms and professional networking sites for sourcing
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools is a great asset
- Additional certifications in talent acquisition or sourcing (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Advanced Boolean search methods
- Proficiency in phone screening methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Problem-solving and relationship building abilities
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Prioritization and organization skills
