For our Data based at our HQ in Berlin - Schöneberg, we are looking for a Junior Data Analyst (f/m/x)

Your Tasks:

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyse and interpret data from various sources to extract meaningful insights, with support from senior team members.
• Help identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making within the organisation.
• Assist in defining and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success.
• Contribute to data exploration projects to uncover actionable insights for the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help identify and define data needs for different business initiatives.
• Participate actively in data modelling and transformation using DBT.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to help stakeholders monitor and analyse critical business metrics.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports that provide valuable insights for decision-making across teams.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure their expectations align with deliverables.
• Manage multiple tasks or small projects simultaneously, with guidance from senior analysts or managers.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and product managers.
• Support daily reporting and analytics tasks within the company.
• Help train team members on data analysis tools and techniques, including AI-powered solutions.
• Stay proactive about new technologies and methodologies in data analysis.

Project Support & Collaboration Dashboard & Reporting Stakeholder Engagement Enablement & Learning

Your Profile

• 1–3 years’ experience as a data analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Experience in data analysis, interpretation, and visualisation.
• Proficiency with SQL and Tableau.
• Practical experience working with Python for data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) for data transformation and modelling.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative work.
• Understanding of or interest in AI/ML concepts and their application in analytics.
• Experience with data modelling best practices.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and tracking data is a plus.
• Fluency in English (B2–C1).
