Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Solutions Consultant to join our Pre-Sales team. In this entry-level role, you will join the sales process by learning how to design and present tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of the Creatio platform to prospective customers. You will work closely with senior Solutions Consultants, Account Executives, and the Demo Engineering team to gain hands-on experience in business process analysis, discovery, solution configuration, and product demonstration.This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical and communication skills, eager to learn CRM, BPM, and no-code technologies, and looking to grow into a full Solutions Consultant role. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Sales Cycles: Assist in preparing product demonstrations and proof-of-concept environments for prospective clients.Discovery Participation: Join customer discovery calls with senior SCs to document business requirements, challenges, and success criteria.Demo Preparation: Help build and maintain demo environments, configure sample data, and customize workflows as needed.Documentation & Content Creation: Assist in the development of demo scripts, customer journey documentation, and internal solution guides.Learning the Product: Build foundational knowledge of our platform and stay current on new features and industry best practices.Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Demo Engineering, and Partner teams to ensure alignment on solution messaging and technical positioning.Process Improvement: Contribute to building demo libraries, FAQs, sales enablement materials, and templates that streamline pre-sales activities. Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.0–2 years of experience in a customer-facing, business analysis, support, or technical role (internship experience accepted).Strong interest in CRM, digital transformation, and enterprise SaaS.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to learn complex software concepts quickly.Basic understanding of business applications like CRM, ERP, or customer engagement platforms.Ability to work in a team and take initiative when needed.Strong attention to detail and organization skills.Preferred QualificationsExposure to enterprise SaaS, cloud computing, or low-code/no-code platforms.Prior internship or experience in presales, consulting, sales, or IT.Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Oracle, ServiceNow, or Creatio.Exposure to relational databases or SQLWhat You’ll GainHands-on experience in the software sales lifecycle.Direct mentorship from senior SCs and cross-functional teams.Exposure to real-world business challenges and digital transformation initiatives.Career path toward Solution Consultant or other cross-functional roleWho You AreCurious, proactive, and eager to learn.A team player who enjoys both analytical thinking and storytelling.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.Passionate about helping customers solve real business problems through technology.
