Job Description
Position Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience
Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offer negotiations.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand technical requirements, define job descriptions, and deliver qualified talent within agreed timelines.
- Agency Management: Coordinate and manage recruitment agencies, including briefing them on requirements, reviewing submitted candidates, providing feedback, and ensuring compliance with agreed processes.
- Sourcing: Actively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other innovative channels.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and language proficiency.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews, providing feedback to candidates and ensuring a smooth process.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a network of qualified IT professionals for current and future roles.
- Reporting & ATS Management: Use SmartRecruiters to manage requisitions, track candidates, and maintain data accuracy throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Employer Branding: Support initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice in the IT market.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3–4 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house).
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT roles and technologies (e.g., Infrastructure, CyberSecurity, Software Development, QA, DevOps, etc.).
- ATS Expertise: Hands-on experience using SmartRecruiters (or a similar ATS) to manage recruitment processes.
- Agency Process Management: Proven experience handling agency partnerships, SLAs, and candidate submissions.
- Language: Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of labor market trends in Colombia ideally LATAM and global IT recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for multiple regions or time zones.
Additional Information
Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English.
