We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and optimize solutions on the Salesforce platform, with additional responsibilities in system administration and end-user engagement.
This role combines deep technical expertise in Salesforce development with the ability to configure, maintain, and enhance our Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud environment, as well as collaborate directly with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Role And Responsibilities:
- 10+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 5 years of direct Salesforce platform experience (Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud required).
- Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Visualforce, and integration techniques.
- Proven experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, validation rules).
- Salesforce Developer Certification (required).
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or similar).
- Strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Admin Certification (strongly preferred).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and middleware tools.
- Experience working in environments with multiple Salesforce orgs or complex integrations.
Soft Skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with the drive to improve systems and processes.
Salesforce Development
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
- Implement automation using Apex and declarative tools where appropriate.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs or middleware.
- Ensure development adheres to Salesforce best practices, security guidelines, and coding standards.
- Participate in CI/CD and version control processes for efficient and reliable deployments.
Platform Management & Administration
- Manage user accounts, permission sets, sharing rule and roles.
- Configure and enhance Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and page layouts.
- Maintain data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and cleanup processes.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Stay informed on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices; recommend adoption where beneficial.
Business & End-User Collaboration
- Provide end-user training and create documentation to support adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues in a timely manner.
Desired Qualifications:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is up to $180,000 annually. Pay varies by work location and may also depend on job -related knowledge, skills, experience and abilities of the successful candidate.
