We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Data Integration Specialist to join our Data Marketing and Audience Operations team. In this role, you will take ownership of data shares and API integrations, ensuring seamless data ingestion from various sources into our data ecosystem. You will document data processes, write and optimize SQL queries, and support marketing analytics by importing data for efficient downstream transformation and reporting.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Data Pipeline Operations – Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot ETL jobs, data shares, API connections, and batch file processes across paid media, email, web analytics, and affiliate/retail data sources
- Data Quality & Validation – Develop and implement automated data checks, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve data issues to ensure integrity across our centralized advertising database, consumer data platform (CDP), and other marketing datasets
- Process Documentation & Governance – Create and maintain documentation for data ingestion processes, update data dictionaries, and manage taxonomy mapping for marketing and consumer datasets
- Integration Development – Configure and enhance API and file-based integrations to improve efficiency and scalability of data ingestion.
Other Functions:
- Partner with Advertising, Email, and Analytics teams to scope and implement new data feeds and reporting capabilities
- Conduct ad-hoc data health investigations using SQL and other diagnostic tools
- Recommend and implement optimizations in SQL/Python scripts and monitor their performance
- Support marketing attribution and measurement initiatives by ensuring data pipelines align with analytics needs
Qualifications:
Required:
- Experience in data integration, data engineering, or marketing analytics roles
- Strong SQL skills, with demonstrated experience writing and optimizing queries for large datasets
- Experience working with marketing data sources (e.g., advertising campaign performance, email analytics)
- Familiarity with Python and working with APIs for data extraction and automation
- Solid understanding of data architecture principles and marketing measurement concepts
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred:
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift), and marketing lifecycle platforms
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Rancher
- Background in consumer products, omnichannel marketing, or performance media
The salary range for this position is $66,500-$70,000. All positions are currently eligible for annual profit award or bonus, subject to Company results.
