Loan Operations Specialist I

Position: Loan File Specialist
Physical Location: Tupelo MS 
 
Primary Purpose: 
Maintain all active, charge-off, adverse, and ORE loan files for the mortgage and retail bank departments and branches.
 
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scanning in and out loan files from the vault to Paid outs, Individuals
• Handle department and lending staff folder and document requests
• Filing trailing loan documentation (Including Mortgage Loan Documents)
• Pull Paid out Loan files to distribute to the Paid out Department
• Release original documents from loan files with appropriate approvals
• Work various reports 
• Merge loan renewal documentation on daily basis
• Maintain the inventory of Cashier Checks for the department – Loan Operations
• Perform and maintain the Inventory of the Vault shelves

Job Specifications:

• High school diploma
• Close attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Good computer skills
