In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for managing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our services. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and feedback
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs
  • Follow company procedures and policies for handling sensitive information
  • Contribute to ongoing service improvements and team goals

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using computers and CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
  • Competitive salary: $50,000 – $54,000 annually
