This is a hands-on position involving campaign planning, execution, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and execute promotional marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams to align promotional strategies with brand objectives
• Identify market trends and customer insights to enhance campaign effectiveness
• Manage promotional events and field activations, ensuring smooth execution
• Prepare post-campaign performance reports and analyze ROI
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to source marketing materials
• Maintain brand consistency across all promotional materials
• Support sales teams with promotional assets and initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in promotional marketing, brand activation, or campaign management
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools
• Experience in field marketing or B2C environments is a plus
• Competitive salary: $60,000 – $65,000 annually
