Blue Print Out is seeking a dynamic and analytical Sales Strategy Consultant to join our team in New Orleans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, designing, and implementing sales strategies that increase revenue, improve conversion rates, and align with client goals. This is a client-facing role that requires a deep understanding of sales models, metrics, and business growth levers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Design and recommend comprehensive sales strategies tailored to each client
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
  • Develop performance metrics and KPIs to track and optimize client results
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and strategies
  • Offer continuous support and guidance to clients throughout their engagement
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions on sales process improvements

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales consulting, business strategy, or sales operations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of creating and executing sales strategies with measurable results
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
