In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, timely service, and smooth coordination of orders and project requirements. Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and maintain long-term relationships
• Process orders, resolve inquiries, and follow up on service requests
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
• Provide detailed quotes, invoices, and order confirmations
• Track customer satisfaction and proactively identify improvement areas
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities
• Ensure a positive customer experience at all touchpoints

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable with CRM systems and office software (MS Office, email, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Competitive salary: $56,000 – $62,000 per year
