We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Communications Agent to join our Washington, DC team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, refining, and delivering internal and external communications that support the company’s strategic objectives. You will play a key role in strengthening the organization’s message, ensuring consistent tone, and promoting our brand values across all formats.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including reports, announcements, client briefings, and email correspondence.
• Assist in the preparation of press releases, memos, and public statements aligned with corporate messaging.
• Coordinate communication across departments to ensure alignment in message and tone.
• Provide support in planning and executing company presentations and outreach events.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries from stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership and key personnel to ensure message accuracy and relevance.
• Assist in maintaining the brand voice across written materials and client interactions.
• Competitive salary: $58,000 – $64,000 per year
