Messa Sync is seeking a results-driven and proactive Business Development Representative to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. This individual will play a key role in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to propose solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and engage potential clients to expand the company’s client base.
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and in-person meetings to initiate business conversations.
  • Understand client challenges and present tailored business solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop outreach strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and deals using CRM systems.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand business needs and articulate solutions clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
