We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Marketing Executive to join our team at Reboot Staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to strengthen our brand presence and support business growth. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets across channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for promotional strategies.
  • Prepare marketing reports and performance analysis for leadership.
  • Identify and attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Assist in the creation of compelling marketing content, brochures, and materials.
  • Monitor competitors and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a marketing or branding role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategy, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (CRM, email automation, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
  • Competitive Salary: $61,000 – $65,000 annually
