Position Summary:
Moraine Park Technical College is seeking a full-time Administrative Aide-Corrections on our Fond du Lac Campus. This position will provide administrative support and technical assistance to the Office of DOC Partnerships and support registration and records management services for students at Department of Corrections (DOC) facilities.
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma and two years of related office experience. We will accept applications until the position is filled; however, applicants who apply by October 2, 2025 will be considered in our first review of applicants.

Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support and technical assistance to the Office of DOC Partnerships. • Register and enter data of students enrolling in MPTC courses and programs. Process credit transfers and advanced standings. Coordinate registrations, withdrawals, grades, and transcript-related functions with MPTC’s registration office/employees.• Prepare, maintain, and verify student enrollment, grades, and attendance reports. Work with assigned correctional facilities employees to monitor student enrollment, progress, and completion, and to resolve student record issues.• Initiate and prepare appropriate MPTC forms for certified courses and programs offered at Department of Corrections partner locations. Access and communicate information to designated DOC staff.• Maintain and compile statistical records including enrollments, transfers, and course/program completions. Provide data as directed to appropriate District and external agency personnel.• Verify the satisfaction of graduation requirements. Prepare and track the distribution of diplomas for Department of Corrections graduates.
Experience & Qualifications(in addition to those listed in the summary above):
• Knowledge of software applications, including Microsoft Office 365 (Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively with end users, colleagues, and management to provide a complete and timely explanation of issues and decisions to ensure customer satisfaction.• Ability to take initiative, work independently with little supervision and make sound decisions with minimal direction.• Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize special projects with routine assignments.• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers. Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team. • High degree of integrity and professionalism and a demonstrated ability to respect the confidentiality of information and demonstrate critical and systems thinking.• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations by promoting and maintaining an inclusive work environment and culture that is respectful and accepting of diversity.
Desired Qualifications:• Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Hiring Range: $20.81-$24.13

Hours/Schedule/Travel: Academic: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (37.5 hours), Summer: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (34 hours)
