Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Manager, AdTech Revenue to join the Global AdTech team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
As part of our Vendor Team, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of thousands of restaurants, shops, and local businesses. Your contributions will empower vendors with advanced tools to manage their operations, boosting their visibility and reach. Every feature you help build will create growth opportunities for businesses of all sizes, strengthening Delivery Hero’s ecosystem and impact.
As a Manager in the AdTech team, you will bring structured problem-solving and deep analytical rigor to help define strategy, design playbooks and generate insights that directly shape our vendor monetization engine. The role is highly data-driven and requires strong stakeholder management across product, data, regional commercial and central leadership teams.
- Help shape the commercial strategy for deal monetization (vendor-funded and monetized deals), balancing growth, vendor ROI and platform profitability
- Translate complex data into actionable insights, forecasts and business cases that enable data-driven decisions
- Design frameworks and playbooks that guide how markets adopt, price and scale deal monetization
- Partner with regional, Product, and Data teams to set revenue targets, shape feature development, and ensure successful go-to-market and performance tracking of monetization products
- Act as a thought partner to senior stakeholders, bringing clarity, structure and solutions to complex monetization challenges
Qualifications
- 5 - 7 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, commercial strategy, or highly analytical roles (tech, food delivery, mobility, e-commerce, or AdTech preferred)
- Strong SQL skills required; Python/R/advanced analytics tools are a plus
- Strong analytical toolkit: large-scale data handling, business modeling, forecasting, and visualization
- Track record of influencing senior stakeholders with clear, data-driven recommendations
- Independent, pragmatic, and proactive; thrives in a fast-moving, global environment
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or other quantitative field
