PFL is hiring a Part-Time Shipping Associate. This role involves handwork and piecework, supports special projects, and plays a key role in getting shipments out the door.

Job Activities:

• Prepare packages for shipping
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer quality standards
• Complete handwork efficiently and accurately
• Operate finishing equipment in assembly and bindery as needed
• Assist other departments
• Complete post-shift cleanup duties

Essential Functions:

• Technical aptitude to use an electronic dashboard to prioritize shipments ensuring an efficient workflow and accurate, on-time shipments 
• Review digital job tickets with attention for detail in order to check job quality prior to shipment, ensure high accuracy and minimal spoilage
• Operate finishing equipment (industrial shrink-wrappers, pallet jacks) safely and effectively while handling high volumes of work and following process
• Perform physical tasks of the role: standing for extended periods; lift/carry 10-40 pounds; frequent reaching twisting, bending, and stooping

The Details:

• Part-time, must work less than 130 hours
• Choose a consistent schedule within Mon-Fri, 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Starting wage is $17.25 per hour
