Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Service Delivery Manager with expertise in Moodle to oversee the end-to-end delivery of our learning management services. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement across our Moodle-based platforms. Act As...

  • Manage contract fulfillment/OLA
  • Take care of invoicing
  • Support in pre-sales activities, TSI Force (Salesforce) and Contract Lifecycle Management
  • Monitoring and reporting of SLA compliance
  • Steering of resource demand management process
  • Responsible for the cost control incl. forecast and optimization proposals
  • Contract Implementation and Delivery Contribution
  • Project Plan Structure Management (PSP and WBS Structure)
  • Monitoring and keeping the Operational Manuals up to date
  • Preparation of Invoicing activities, Cost and Controlling awareness
  • Orchestrate and manage all stakeholders in Nearshore locations to ensure effective delivery of services
  • Work close with development and/or operational counterparts to ensure high quality
  • Stakeholder Management

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Strong working proficiency in both German and English (minimum B2 level)
  • Experience with customer facing management activities (sales, product management, deal management, claim management, etc.)
  • Knowledge of ITIL and Agile concepts and process management
  • Experience with ServiceNow 
  • Understanding of legal terminology
  • Experience working in multicultural and international environments 
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager
