Job Description
The job at a glance
We’re looking for two Junior Software Engineers to join the Apply & Connect Domain. You will join a team that has been responsible for the job application process for several years.
As a Junior Software Engineer, your role will be to maintain and further develop this process, covering both the client layer (based on React) and microservices written in .NET and Java.
You’ll be supported by experienced Frontend and Backend experts, enabling you to grow your skills and work with large-scale enterprise applications. We also provide comprehensive training and a mentoring program designed to build a personalized development path aligned with your interests and career goals.

Your Responsibilities
- Help define functionalities that meet product requirements
- Collaborate with your team in designing and creating functional user interfaces and product flows
- Build new and maintain existing features in our tech stack
- Contribute to our shared library of reusable front-end components supporting the application process across all markets
Qualifications
Your skills and qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and has experience in at least some of the following areas:
- Java or .Net – basic knowledge, with willingness to deepen understanding of design and architectural patterns
Javascript
React
Git
Jest, Testing-Library/React
- CSS and CSS-in-JS solutions
- Relational Databases: basics of Postgres or MySQL (schemas, queries, relationships)
- Redux or other state management libraries
- CI/CD pipelines: some experience (projects, internships, or courses) with Maven, Git, Jenkins, Bamboo, or Docker

- AWS Services: eagerness to learn cloud concepts; hands-on exposure to RDS or ECS is a plus
