We're seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate global demand generation for LinkedIn Sales Solutions (Sales Navigator). This role is pivotal to Sales Navigator’s ambitious growth trajectory and will drive initiatives that create, nurture, and capture demand. This marketer will partner with many functions (Marketing Operations, Business Strategy & Operations, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Data Science, etc.) to drive acquisition of new customers, focusing on paid media channels. 

This role requires someone who acts as an innovative growth marketing thought leader; has a track record of beating business targets via innovative multi-channel campaigns; crafts compelling data-driven narratives; and can influence cross-functional partners. This marketer stays on the cutting edge of demand gen strategies and tactics to deliver high-quality marketing-qualified leads and pipeline for our Field sales teams, as well as free-trial sign-ups for our Self-Serve product globally.  

The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills.  You should be an out-of-the-box thinker who utilizes data and audience insights to support digital marketing plans that help drive both engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops high-impact ROI-positive demand creation and demand nurture strategies, specifically leveraging paid media channels, to drive acquisition revenue for LinkedIn Sales Navigator 
  • Drive strategy, execution and ongoing campaign optimization for LinkedIn Sales Navigator’s acquisition program globally by partnering closely with the Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, MarTech, Data Science, Finance, and Business Strategy & Operations teams 
  • Acts as performance marketing subject-matter expert during quarterly/annual planning and daily/weekly performance management 
  • Effectively evangelizes demand gen strategies and reports on outcomes with cross-functional leadership 
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research to adapt our digital strategy to a changing environment

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in Growth Marketing or Digital Marketing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Growth or Digital Marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of surpassing growth targets in dynamic, high-velocity environments 
  • Strong data-driven performance marketing expertise, with the ability to translate business challenges into actionable plans that drive outcomes across paid media channels 
  • Hands-on experience with ROAS-based performance marketing, along with familiarity in media mix modeling and incrementality measurement.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives 
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive decisions across teams.

The pay range for this role is $125,000 to $195,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
