What'S Exciting About The Role

As a Repair Support Analyst at Verifone, you’ll play a critical role in customer relations and ensuring the repair experience for our customers is smooth and streamlined. You will work closely with our third-party repair facilities, order entry team, and managed services and customer/sales support teams to address questions, concerns, and supply feedback and data on both internal and external requests. To round out your knowledge, you’ll not only learn about our products, but our processes in order to be well informed and knowledgeable when relaying critical updates to Verifone’s customers and end users. 

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support and communication to customers, end users, and internal resources regarding repairs and post-sales support within target SLAs. 
  • Create RMAs (Return Material Authorizations) for standard repairs, expedited replacements, and estate deinstallations. 
  • Prepare reporting for customer repair tracking, warehouse escalation monitoring, and leadership report outs. 
  • Monitor and audit internal reporting to expedite potential delays and operational efficiencies. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a customer service/helpdesk environment. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. 
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as a part of a team. 
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in your work approach. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Salesforce desired, but not required. 
  • Speak, read, and write English fluently. 
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset.
