Card Services Representative – South Burlington, Vt

Vermont Federal Credit Union is recruiting for a Card Services Representative out of our South Burlington Operations Center.

Hourly Range: $21.61 – $32.42

Job Description:

• Accurately establish approved accounts including, mailing of correspondence to members relating to credits, loading account into system and ordering cards.
• Provide outstanding service to credit union members as it relates to their card status, account fraud, disputes, credit bureau reporting and lost or stolen cards.
• Research and resolve member card account problems or discrepancies in an accurate and timely manner or refer them to the appropriate individual.
• Assist members with inquiries relating to card product information.
• Handle cardholder system maintenance.
• Timely review of reports generated from our card systems with appropriate action.
• Performs additional duties as required.
• Deliver outstanding service that is in alignment with the credit union’s service promises.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience in financial industry or customer service preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a variety of software programs.
