Who Should Apply?Undergraduate Sophomores With:

• Demonstrated interest in and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through their classroom, extracurricular, work, or lived experience
• Strong academic performance
• An established interest in a career in investment banking

• An anticipated graduation date between Dec. 2027 and June 2028
