Job Objective:

Assurance of the optimal production run from an economic, deadline-related and qualitative point of view in compliance with all safety regulations, quality specifications, environmental guidelines and compliance regulations.  Has the obligation of providing the supervisor with information.  

Description Of Main Tasks:

  • Ensure a cost optimal, on time and quantity equitable delivery to the customer. 
  • Enter order of customers into the SAP system and monitor, if applicable, correct the transferred data. 
  • Invoicing, issue of delivery notes and delivery dispatch. 
  • Order tracking and monitor target date accuracy. 
  • Initiate immediate measures like extra tours and escalation if timeline problems occur. 
  • Handling the customer portal. 
  • Master data maintenance (delivery plan, messaging determination). 
  • Active customer service. 
  • Interface communication and coordination within the site and if applicable with the technology unit and with the customer.  

Skills And Competencies:

  • Communication skills. 
  • Public perception/appearance. 
  • Conflict and problem solving ability, critical faculty. 
  • Individual initiative. 
  • Basic commercial knowledge. 
  • Understanding of customer requirements and standards. 
  • MS-Office skills. 
  • Local language on C1-C2 level (person is able to express himself/herself spontaneously, fluently and precisely). 
  • English language on B1-B2 level (advanced- independent usage of language; able to communicate spontaneously).
