  • Internship Duration: 3–6 months
  • Preferred: 4–5 working days per week

What You'll Do (Outcomes)

  • Target user & use‑case definition Run quantitative/qualitative research, user interviews, competitive teardowns, and AI‑assisted analysis to formalize ICPs and top use cases; feed insights back into product.
  • GTM & channel experiments Embrace “Whoever defines the users, finds the users.” Design and execute GTM around the target audience; validate multiple acquisition paths—including Telegram—and iterate reach and conversion across channels (X/Twitter, Reddit, Discord, Product Hunt, communities).
  • Content & narrative (EN & CN) Produce landing‑page copy, release notes/announcements, onboarding flows, and lifecycle emails; establish a reusable brand narrative and tone of voice.
  • Growth & Retention

    Design cold‑start and growth loops (referrals, UGC, community activations) to move the funnel from sign‑up → activation → retention → revenue.
  • Data & Reviews

    Own a basic funnel dashboard (e.g., GA4/Mixpanel/Amplitude or equivalent), run A/B tests and cohort analyses, and ship decision‑ready experiment/research reports

Must-Haves

  • Excellent English: independent writing and verbal communication; able to read global sources and speak with international users (TOEFL 100+ or equivalent recommended).
  • Heavy AI tools user: hands‑on with ChatGPT/Claude, etc. for retrieval, synthesis, writing, summarization, and prompt iteration—with demonstrable practice.
  • Fast learner & finisher: comfortable with ambiguity; can break down problems and ship results.
  • Basic data & tooling: Google Sheets/Excel for analysis/visuals; collaboration tools like Notion/Docs/Slides.
  • Overseas study or cross‑cultural work/internship experience.
  • Operated an online community of 1,000+ members, or led a Telegram bot / side project.
  • Experience with Product Hunt launches, developer/OSS communities, B2B SaaS, or creator/education tools.
  • Strength in any of: copywriting/editing, no‑code/front‑end basics, Figma, SQL/analytics.
