We’re on the hunt for a Strategic Merchandising Manager to help drive the commercial direction of our global arcade and Family Entertainment Centre (FEC) business. • You’ll be at the centre of defining what “great” looks like across our arcades.
• You’ll spot the trends before they happen and make sure our players always have the latest must-win prizes.
• You’ll partner with regional leaders to grow revenue and EBITDA while shaping strategies that keep our business ahead of the curve.
• You’ll travel internationally, representing us at trade shows and working with global suppliers.
• You’ll share your expertise with our teams, training and inspiring them to deliver merchandising that wows our guests.

What We’Re Looking For:

You’re someone who knows how to turn data into decisions, trends into opportunities, and ideas into action. Maybe you’ve worked in retail, arcades, FECs, or another commercial, customer-facing business. Either way, you’re commercially sharp, collaborative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same.
