The White Hart Hotel is seeking a talented and passionate Commis Chef to join our team. This Full-time, Permanent position offers a competitive salary ranging from £18,900.00 to £28,600.00 per Annum. As a pivotal role in our Luxury Hotel Management, the Commis Chef will play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of culinary excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes
• Ensure the kitchen areas are clean and hygienic
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef
• Monitor food stock and place orders when needed
• Adhere to health and safety standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commis Chef or relevant role
• Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
• Culinary qualifications are a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
