Thermal Spray Engineer (aviation)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as technical reference engineer for a production line, providing expertise in plasma spray and thermal spray processes.
• Lead process improvements, optimize production methods, and implement best practices.
• Collaborate on industrial-scale projects, ensuring high-quality outputs and safety compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance to operations teams.

Education And Experience:

• Bachelor’s in related field
• 5+ years industrial experience in plasma spray / thermal spray (HVOF a plus) — academic or lab-only experience won’t work, only industrial experience.

Location: On-site, in Miramar, FL

Salary Range: $80K-$95K

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
