DIRTT is seeking detail-oriented and timely go-getters to work in our Distribution Center in the Metal factory! The successful candidates must be able to work 4 days on, 4 days off, 12-hour shift rotation.

Who You Are:

As a DC Team Member, you will support manufacturing operations under the direction of the DC Supervisor by receiving and storing materials, verifying shipments, and handling pickups and deliveries. You will coordinate with other teams, maintain accurate inventories, keep the DC organized, and follow all safety and quality standards

What You’Ll Do:

• Prepare and complete warehouse orders according to schedule, including picking, loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping.
• Receive and process incoming stock, ensuring accurate unloading, labeling, and storage.
• Perform inventory checks and maintain high-quality standards for audits.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while optimizing space utilization.
• Report any discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Suggest improvements to streamline and optimize warehouse processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Distribution Manager.

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Basic computer skills and experience with data entry.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, scissor lifts, or similar; a current license is a bonus, but certified training can be provided.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced factory environment and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Proven team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong focus on critical tasks with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
