The Role

As a Senior Scrum Master, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 3+ years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact. 

You will thrive in this role if you are:

• A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing.
• Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data.
• Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus).

Role Responsibilities

• Setting up and optimizing the agile process within your teams: that is how most of your days will look like.
• Drive initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and team collaboration using Agile metrics.
• Support teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in improving Agile practices and achieving maturity.
• Cultivate trust, collaboration, and an environment of continuous learning and innovation.
• Leverage your background in Project Management and Business Analysis to bridge communication between stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Utilize tools like Jira to monitor team progress, manage backlogs, and ensure transparency across the organization.

Must Have Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: 

• 3+ years experience as a Scrum Master. 
• Proven experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst.  
• You have experience working within a digital agency or environment.   
• You carry out an agile mindset and make sure your self-managing teams do their work properly.
• You know all the ins and outs of stakeholder management.
• You mastered the art of removing impediments successfully. 
• Coaching your team and product owners is your second nature. 
• Any experience with scaled Agile frameworks is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Jira is required.
• Advanced English - writing and speaking skills.
