About The Role:

We're looking for a Demand Marketing Senior Manager to lead and inspire our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a marketing Swiss army knife—a Social-first thinker, MarTech whiz, and Channel-fluent creative force who is energized by championing the customer and bringing a brand to life.

You will be the creative and tactical force behind our demand generation campaigns, directly impacting our overall growth. You'll work cross-functionally to tell compelling stories, building our brand and driving pipeline. You'll be a master of connecting with our audience on a human level and helping them see how our product is the solution they need.

What You’Ve Accomplished... So Far:

  • Marketing Execution: Demonstrated a strong track record of executing successful demand generation campaigns across multiple channels. You are known for your ability to create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Cross-Functional Partnerships: Cultivated strong partnerships with various teams across the business, showcasing your ability to collaborate seamlessly. Your experience in project management has been instrumental in driving synergies and maximizing team efficiency.
  • KPI Mastery: Proven experience in measuring and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive improved performance, accountability, and efficiency. Your focus on pipeline generation, brand affinity, and content engagement has translated into a robust portfolio of achievements.
  • Strategic Storytelling: Developed and executed marketing strategies that consistently exceeded goals. Your comprehensive understanding of marketing best practices, methodologies, and tools, including familiarity with leveraging marketing automation, social media platforms, and content management systems, sets you apart.
  • Analytical Excellence: Leveraged your analytical skills to use data-driven insights for informed decision-making. Your ability to get buy-in from the business and drive marketing initiatives through data-driven strategies has been a key driver of success.
  • Creative Prowess: Your ability to think creatively and outside the box has led to breakthrough campaigns and increased brand visibility. You are known for your ghostwriting skills and your ability to craft compelling narratives for different voices.
  • Technical Communication: Successfully communicated complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, bridging the gap between technical intricacies and business understanding seamlessly.
  • MarTech Fluency: Experience with a wide range of marketing technologies, and the ability to quickly learn new ones. Your understanding of how these tools work together to create a cohesive marketing ecosystem is a significant asset.
  • AI Experimentation: You’ve toyed and deployed using the efficiency aid of AI.

The base salary range for this role is $115,000-$135,000 USD.

  • Your past achievements and scope of ownership/influence that you expressed in your interview process.
  • The stage of our company. We’re early in the growth of our organization, and we place a heavy earnings potential on our equity.
  • Your current location. The fact is, it costs more for the basics in some places than others, and we adjust accordingly for that.
  • These ranges are posted for US employees only.
  • Only base salaries are posted. For commission-based roles, please inquire with your recruiter during your first call.
