What's the opportunity?We are building dLocal’s crypto rails — from off-ramps to stablecoin payouts and settlements. We need someone hands-on to run the day-to-day operations that make these flows work. This role is execution-first: setting up processes, managing integrations, tracking issues, and ensuring our merchants and partners get a smooth experience.

What Will I Be Doing?

• Own the operational rollout of new crypto flows (off-ramp, payouts, settlements, on-ramp).
• Manage daily operations with partners (wallets, custodians, processors) including reconciliations, settlements, and troubleshooting.
• Track and escalate technical or operational issues; work with Product/Tech teams on fixes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and risk frameworks across all crypto processes.
• Build and maintain detailed process documentation and runbooks for scale.
• Support internal teams (Commercial, Finance, Treasury, Compliance) with timely operational insights.

What Skills Do I Need?

• 2–4 years of experience in fintech, payments, or crypto operations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; detail orientation is a must.
• Experience managing flows such as settlements, reconciliations, or payment processing.
• Comfortable working with APIs, dashboards, and transaction data (not engineering, but operationally fluent).
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
