About the RoleIn this position, you will play a pivotal part in our day-to-day customer operations , ensuring the smooth functioning of our program. You’ll support customer communication, mentor coordination, meeting logistics, and new client onboarding following the sales process. As a key member of the operations team, you'll work closely with our Head of Operations to ensure an excellent experience for both customers and mentors. Overall, you will serve as a liaison between our mentors and mentees and their immediate families to ensure seamless interaction and satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities
- Trigger and manage workflow automations that support onboarding and administrative processes for both mentors and customers
- Act as the primary administrator for our internal texting platform, supporting clear and timely communication with customers and mentors, and responding to inquiries via email
- Maintain and oversee our master operations spreadsheet and internal Hub, taking proactive steps to ensure the day-to-day execution of operational workflows runs smoothly
- Manage customer records within our billing system (Stripe) and maintain accurate mentor records within our internal operations platform
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Past experience in an account management or customer success related position
- Intrinsically detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Nice To Have
- Proficiency with Excel/ Google Sheets
- College athletic experience
- Start-up experience
