Your Job
- Driving outbound lead generation as your main responsibility, with a strong focus on building new B2B relationships across FMCG, Consumer Goods and Industry as main verticals in the UK and in Europe.
- Initiating first contact with potential clients through cold calls, personalized outreach, and targeted email campaigns.
- Acting as the first touchpoint for inbound inquiries, qualifying and routing them as needed.
- Supporting the sales team by consistently filling the pipeline with high-quality opportunities.
- Managing CRM data for accuracy, cleansing, and profiling to ensure efficient targeting and follow-up.
- Serving as the bridge between marketing-generated leads and active sales engagement.
- Tracking and reporting on all pre-sales activities, pipeline health, and conversion opportunities.
Your Profile
- At least 1 year of proven outbound sales experience, preferably in a B2B Tech or SaaS environment.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting as a primary part of the role.
- Experience working with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Familiarity with B2B sales tools such as Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Educational background with an economic or business-related focus.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Resilient and positive attitude with excellent verbal communication and phone skills.
- A proactive, communicative personality who enjoys direct customer contact and thrives on hitting targets.
- Knowledge of and interest in AI trends and applications is beneficial, though not required.
