Your Responsibilities
Responsible for analyzing and consolidating high-quality data to feed the demand forecast for innovation as a result of integrated business planning (IBP). The main key activities include identifying demand initiatives, customer information (Sell In, Sell Out, and Inventory), and data analysis by distribution channel by brand, as well as preparing the KPIs involved in the IBP process to identify gaps in advance in order to establish action plans to achieve CAM Business objectives. Gather and transform the CARCA databases to distribute them regionally and provide insights.
- Reconcile and upload IBP reconciliation (after MBR) to APO systems
- Create and share statistical reports for the sales, finance, MSF and marketing team, using the Power BI tool to provide fast and reliable access to information
- Create and share MBR Execution Rates report for sales, finance, MSF, and marketing team, using Power BI tool to provide fast and reliable access to information
- Reconcile and upload LATAM files with IBP cycle information. (Amounts of sales and tons of sell out and sell in, WOI and actual projections and valuation of net sales in COP and USD)
- Reconcile and upload monthly net sales accuracy and forecast error report – wmape -- (LATAM files)
- Prepare, analyze and communicate the WOI report, finding the main variations and opportunities against the objectives
- Support for the consolidation and development of IBP decks (pre-align. IR, MBR, etc.)
- Communicate once a month to each non-attendee MBR stakeholder the decisions and plan for the coming months (locally) – (ie kams, finance, supply etc.)
- Weekly monitoring of sales against IBP - consumption estimates - in order to generate root cause analysis of the main deviations
- Adjustment of series according to decisions made after each meeting of the IBP
- Value addition analysis for each series reviewed in the IBP process (quarterly). Check which of the different series (Marketing, Sales or Statistics) is more accurate and adds more value to the process
- SKU planning master data setup with required parameters
- Suggest, together with the Supply services and based on the Forecast, the distribution of precarious products due to the Factory situation to Markets that are most affected by the low stock of products
