The opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead our product organization and drive the strategic vision for our rewards and recognition platform. You will oversee a team of product managers and designers, balancing customer needs, business outcomes, and technical capabilities to deliver a market-leading employee recognition and rewards platform that helps organizations build strong workplace cultures.

The opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead our product organization and drive the strategic vision for our rewards and recognition platform. You will oversee a team of product managers and designers, balancing customer needs, business outcomes, and technical capabilities to deliver a market-leading employee recognition and rewards platform that helps organizations build strong workplace cultures.
What You`Ll Be Doing:
- Define and execute product strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
- Lead quarterly planning and roadmap prioritization.
- Partner with product and organizational leadership to set product vision and strategic direction.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, sales, and customer success.
- Manage and mentor a team of 6 product managers and designers.
- Build high-performing, collaborative product teams with clear accountability.
- Lead by example to operationalize product management best practices.
- Foster a culture of customer-centricity, data-informed decision making, and continuous learning.
- Own end-to-end domain strategy and lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership on technical architecture and implementation.
- Establish and monitor key product metrics that drive business outcomes.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to understand competitive landscape and win/loss dynamics.
- Facilitate customer discovery and validation team efforts across enterprise and mid-market segments.
- Represent product vision externally through customer meetings, conferences, and thought leadership.
- Drive product-market fit optimization and expansion into adjacent opportunities.
What We`Re Looking For:
- 8+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record in building and scaling B2B SaaS products. Experience in HR tech or employee experience products is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive and customer-facing situations.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and cross-functional team leadership, especially across Engineering teams.
