As GTM Enablement Specialist, you will be the catalyst that equips our go-to-market teams with the knowledge, skills, and resources to perform at their best. You will lead the design and delivery of onboarding, training, playbooks, and assets that ensure consistency, clarity, and confidence in every customer interaction. From enabling discovery and demo excellence to maintaining up-to-date collateral and messaging, you’ll ensure our GTM teams are prepared to succeed at scale.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Partner Success, and RevOps to embed enablement into the rhythms of our commercial engine. By turning best practices into structured programs and insights into actionable improvements, you’ll help FeedbackFruits build a high-performing GTM organization where every team member is empowered, equipped, and aligned to drive growth in education.

Why is the position interesting for you?

  • You are passionate about helping teams grow through training and coaching.
  • You enjoy creating playbooks, assets, and systems that make it easier for teams to focus on selling.
  • You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success.
  • You’re motivated by impact on performance, driving measurable improvements in how our teams sell, learn, and grow.
  • You value working in a mission-driven scale-up, where education is at the heart of what we do.

You will collaborate closely with multiple departments across our organization, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Partner Success, to drive impactful go-to-market strategies and achieve business objectives

We are a mission-driven scale-up and believe education is key to facing the future challenges of society and achieving our full potential as individuals. The success of today's education depends on teachers turning the flame of curiosity into lifelong learning and critical thinking. FeedbackFruits builds technology supported learning activities to facilitate this transition in education.

About The Job:

Strategic Planning & Future-Proofing (25%)

  • Contribute to the design of our GTM enablement strategy in alignment with RevOps.
  • Anticipate future needs of the GTM teams, translating company goals into enablement priorities.
  • Leverage AI-driven solutions to enhance learning, streamline content creation, and deliver higher-quality playbooks and training materials.
  • Partner with GTM and RevOps leadership to ensure enablement supports both current performance and long-term growth.

Enablement Execution & Training (60%)

  • Lead onboarding programs for new BDRs and AEs, ensuring a fast and effective ramp-up.
  • Deliver ongoing coaching on discovery, demos, and objection handling using multiple formats (workshops, role plays, asynchronous training).
  • Build, maintain, and continuously refine sales playbooks, demo flows, and proposal templates, ensuring materials are always up to date and aligned with messaging.
  • Act as the go-to resource for GTM tools and collateral, supporting adoption and best practices.
  • Ensure consistent product messaging across GTM teams by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing.

Reporting, Measurement & Optimisation (15%)

  • Monitor adoption of playbooks, assets, and training programs, linking enablement usage to performance metrics.
  • Track enablement impact on BDR and AE productivity, win rates, and pipeline quality.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to RevOps and GTM leadership, identifying opportunities to optimise enablement processes.
  • Create a feedback loop with GTM teams to continuously refine and improve enablement initiatives.

Your Experience:

Scale-ups provide phenomenal learning and development opportunities but sometimes it feels like you’re “building the plane while flying the plane”. You must derive energy from such a climate and don’t mind redesigning for continuous growth, feeling comfortable with some uncertainty.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years in Sales Enablement, GTM support, or a commercial role (BDR, AE, PSM) with strong exposure to enablement.
  • Proven experience in training, coaching, or building resources for sales teams
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills — comfortable running workshops.
  • Familiarity with CRM and enablement tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Highspot, etc.).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to maintain structured playbooks and assets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the sales team and stakeholders with the ability to simplify complex ideas.

Ready to empower GTM teams with the training, playbooks, and resources they need to excel, while driving real impact in education at scale?
