We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on (S)VP Commercial (f/m/d) to lead our customer-facing organisation and fuel Moss’ next phase of growth. In this high-impact role, you’ll own the full customer lifecycle — from acquisition to expansion — and drive alignment across Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success. As a key member of the executive team, you’ll shape go-to-market strategy, unlock new revenue opportunities, and play a central role in positioning Moss as the category leader in B2B spend management. 

Your Responsibilities

Here's a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day 

  • Own and Execute Revenue Strategy – Define and drive an integrated commercial strategy across sales, partnerships, and customer success to maximize revenue growth and customer lifetime value. 
  • Lead the Full Customer Lifecycle – Oversee acquisition, onboarding, retention, and expansion, ensuring a seamless customer experience that drives satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term advocacy. 
  • Build and Lead High-Performing Teams – Recruit, develop, and lead world-class commercial teams across geographies, setting high standards for collaboration, performance, and accountability. 
  • Drive GTM Alignment and Execution – Partner with Marketing, Product, and RevOps to align targeting, messaging, and execution with company priorities and market opportunities. 
  • Scale Sales and Success Excellence – Design scalable processes and methodologies across direct and indirect channels to improve conversion, velocity, and key post-sale metrics like NRR and upsell. 
  • Forecast and Communicate Performance – Report regularly to the CEO and Board on revenue performance and pipeline health, surfacing insights that inform strategic decisions. 

Represent Moss Externally – Act as a senior commercial voice in the market, representing Moss with customers, partners, and at industry events to strengthen brand and build trusted relationships. 

About You

  • 10+ years of commercial leadership experience in B2B SaaS or FinTech (preferably in the SMB space), with proven success across Sales (BDRs/AEs/Partnerships), and Customer Success. 
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling commercial teams in high-growth environments; across multiple channels and geographies ● German language skills are a plus.

  • Influential Communicator: You communicate with clarity and conviction, aligning internal stakeholders and inspiring external partners and customers while representing Moss as a trusted, credible leader in the market. 
  • Strategic Executor: You move seamlessly from strategy to delivery—designing scalable commercial systems, embedding repeatable processes, and ensuring  consistent execution that drives measurable outcomes. You hold yourself and others to high standards of follow-through and operational rigor.
