About the Role
BathWorks is seeking an outgoing, people-first Event Sales Rep to represent our company at home shows, festivals, and community events across Michigan. You’ll be the face of our brand—chatting with homeowners, sharing our story, and booking free in-home estimates.

What You’Ll Do

• Represent BathWorks at shows, festivals, and events across Michigan
• Engage with attendees about their remodeling goals and schedule free consultations
• Follow BathWorks’ proven engagement process (training provided)
• Assist with booth setup and teardown

What We’re Looking For

• Outgoing, positive personality—you love connecting with people
• Weekend availability (events typically run Friday–Sunday)
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (travel required)
• Ability to lift 20–30 lbs
• Sales, customer service, or event experience is a plus (not required)

Compensation & Perks

• $21–$32/hr on-target earnings (base pay + performance bonus)
