About the Company:Our client is a leading provider of structural substation work for data centers, working with a variety of materials including aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, silicon, and titanium. They handle both thin and thick gauge structural steel, delivering high-quality solutions to critical infrastructure needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and process specifications for fabricating high-tolerance parts
• Operate welding and metal forming equipment safely and accurately
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity targets
• Verify and report work output per production schedules and requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow Quality Management System (QMS) standards

Must-Have:

• Experience in Fluxcore MIG welding
• Ability to pass a flat 1G weld test (3G preferred)
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and blueprints
• Proficiency with inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, rulers)
• Basic math skills and excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and dependability
• Ability to use: square, tape measure, Bessey clamps, reachovers, levels, hammer

Preferred:

• TIG welding experience
