Account Manager – London or Peterborough, UK
As an Account Manager at Convera, you will own and drive a portfolio of high-value clients within the Global Employer Service segment. Supporting partners and customers in paying global workforces simply, accurately and timely. Connecting Pension schemes with their global expat retirees, managing lump sum drawdowns and Investment payments. Contributing significantly to performance through proactive account management, retention, and growth. You’ll be responsible for delivering tailored solutions that help clients achieve their international payment goals, while identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and expand business.
This is a commercially focused role where you’ll be expected to lead client relationships, drive portfolio performance, and deliver results through insight, initiative, and partnership.
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Own and grow accounts: Take full responsibility for a portfolio of high-value clients, developing account plans that drive revenue growth, retention, and satisfaction.
- Lead client engagement: Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, aligning Convera’s solutions with their business objectives.
- Drive new business opportunities: Identify and pursue growth opportunities within your portfolio, lead deal negotiations, and contribute to new revenue streams.
- Deliver tailored solutions: Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients receive the right products and services to meet their needs.
- Monitor performance and results: Track key metrics, report on portfolio performance, and take action to meet and exceed targets.
- Represent Convera externally: Attend client meetings, contribute to presentations, and support brand visibility in key markets.
You should apply if you have:
- Solid experience in account management, client success, or enterprise sales—ideally in payments, FX, financial services, or SaaS.
- Proven ability to manage and grow high-value client portfolios.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive outcomes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
