What We Need:
We are seeking a stellar Administrative Assistant to join our team. Directly supporting game team leadership as well as providing administrative support to the studio more broadly, the Administrative Assistant is a key player in organizing and driving the studio’s daily operations. A personable demeanor, proactive and collaborative mindset, along with a willingness to wear many hats, is essential to success in this role.
This is an in-office position, based in Kirkland, WA.
What You Will Do:
- Provide administrative support to studio project directors/managers including; calendar and schedule management, travel arrangements, expense report processing, presentation creation, research/information gathering, document and report preparation, and other similar tasks.
- Coordinates various department functions and monthly studio All-Hands meetings, engaging Workplace Services and IT as needed for food/beverage service and/or technical support.
- Supports Executive Admin with studio leadership project coordination, acting as the information liaison between studio directors/managers and executive leadership.
- Maintain a pulse on project schedules, proactively engaging with product and team leaders regarding recognition and/or celebratory events associated with important milestones, achievements, releases, etc.
- Partner with HR Operations in planning employee engagement activities
- Assists with special projects and may perform other duties as assigned

- Proven experience in an Administrative support or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with Google Suite and Zoom/online conference solutions is preferred.
- Ability to translate concepts into polished presentations
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
- Resourceful, forward-thinking, and proactive, with the ability to anticipate and manage workflow and priorities
- Demonstrates an exemplary level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Prior work experience in a production environment and/or in an industry such as video games, animation, film, or television is a plus!

The pay range for this position in Washington at the start of employment is expected to be between $78,900 and $116,760 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program. Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company’s discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses.
