About The Team
The People Ops team at Angi partners across all areas of the business, supporting leaders and employees through both day-to-day people needs and long-term organizational strategy. The team is focused on driving engagement, supporting growth, and helping the company navigate change through thoughtful people practices. They work closely with leaders across functions to align people, process, and culture in support of the business.
What You’Ll Do
Angi is looking for a People Systems & Data Manager to lead and manage our HR technology ecosystem as we expand globally. You'll be the expert on our HR tech stack, from managing integrations and permissions to driving key system implementations that will improve how our teams work. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our HR systems are secure, efficient, and compliant with all global data regulations.
- Support the migration for our international teams to a centralized HRIS platform, ensuring secure and accurate data for payroll processing.
- Spearhead the implementation of a new Time & Attendance system, including building a leave request process that reduces administrative burdens on our management teams.
- Programmatically manage the HR tech stack by developing and managing roadmaps, translating them into work plans, and overseeing their execution. This includes managing system integrations, permissions, and workflows to ensure a safe and effective ecosystem.
- Act as a project manager for new HR technology implementations and system changes, partnering with system owners and stakeholders across Legal, IT, Internal Audit, and Information Security.
- Ensure all HR data is compliant with GDPR, SOX, and other legal requirements, proactively partnering with relevant teams to ensure our systems and processes meet all necessary standards.
- Create and manage a data retention policy and process that aligns with GDPR and SOX guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation and reduce reliance on manual data entry and reporting.
- Serve as the expert on our core HRIS, providing guidance and pushing for optimal use of its capabilities.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 4 - 5+ years of systems experience in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
- Strong project management skills, with a history of successfully managing HR technology implementations and system changes.
- Expertise in GDPR and a strong understanding of data compliance and security.
- Experience leading and managing a team of analysts.
- Prior experience with UKG is highly preferred; experience with other major HR systems is a plus.
- The ability to translate complex roadmaps into clear, executable work plans.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to partner effectively with a wide range of technical and business teams.

Compensation & Benefits
- The salary band for this position ranges from $140,000 - $165,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
