What is this role?

As a UX/UI Designer at Cirkul, you'll be at the forefront of crafting intuitive and compelling digital experiences for our consumers. You will play a pivotal role in understanding our users' needs, translating them into design solutions, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure Cirkul's digital touchpoints reflect our mission and vision.

• Driving Results: Ensuring that quality and user-centric design principles drive outcomes.
• Taking Ownership: Demonstrating & Communicating responsibility for every design choice and seeking feedback.
• Making Decisions: Familiarity utilizing website KPI data and user feedback to guide/justify design choices.
• Cultivating Relationships: Building strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Instilling Trust: Demonstrating consistency in actions and taking responsibility for outcomes.
• Customer Focus: Prioritizing user needs and preferences in all design decisions.

Job Responsibilities

User Research And Analysis:

• Conduct user research and analyze user feedback and behavior to inform design decisions and improvements.

Wireframing And Prototyping:

• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes for new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on design concepts and incorporate feedback.

Ui Design:

• Design intuitive and user-friendly responsive designs that align with industry best practices.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Understand WCAG guidelines and accessibility best practices 

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives and technical constraints.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Who You Are?

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in e-commerce or technology sectors.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Amplitude, Optimizely, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions and thought processes.
• Experience in user research and a strong understanding of UX principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with an ability to present to and influence other designers, PMs, and senior executive management.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and their impact on design decisions. 
• Being an independent thinker and problem solver while also able to work in a team setting.
• Challenge the status quo and advocate for innovative solutions when appropriate.
• Experience shipping customer facing digital products (web, apps or software) preferably in eCommerce.
• Proficiency in utilizing website analytics and user behavior analysis tools.
