Product Owner | Junior | NordLayer

The Product department focuses on creating world-leading cybersecurity products and works closely with technical, marketing and sales departments. The main goal is to take our products above and beyond using cutting edge technologies and help organizations resolve their security related problems.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineering team to build, enhance, and improve our product and services;
• Transform business needs into clear and actionable functional requirements;
• Contribute to the product backlog by creating well-defined user stories;
• Work closely with engineering squads to determine optimal implementation approaches;
• Provide engineering teams with clear requirements and knowledge to maintain quality and development pace;
• Serve as the go-to person for owned initiatives;
• Ensure transparency of initiatives through consistent progress updates and visibility;
• Learn and grow as a product owner while developing domain expertise.

Core Requirements

• Entry-level experience or strong interest in product management/ownership of digital products;
• Basic understanding of SaaS market products and concepts (Access management, User onboarding and product adoption, User journey, API integrations, etc.);
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies;
• Proactive, and can-do attitude;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English;
• Eagerness to learn and ability to take initiative.

Bonus Points For

• Technical knowledge about Identity and Access Management;
• Background in software development or technical product roles.

Salary Range

• Gross Salary 3400 - 4700 EUR/Month.
