Responsibilities:
- High-level participation in all strategic media planning and execution
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all administrative tasks by department supervisors. This includes time-tracking, adherence to the documentation of functions in project management software, and timely completion of all deliverables and objectives
- Guide and mentor direct reports on paid search and social best practices
- Act as a liaison between the Search and Social team and other departments to improve knowledge and understanding of paid search and social offerings
- Provide strategic insight during the planning process of Search and Social campaigns to target key terms and audiences with effective messaging
- Stay current with industry updates and relay details to the Search and Social team as well as the client
- Develops and maintains a deep understanding of client business, relates this to the growth of the search/social practice, and effectively communicates to the team
- Present campaign performance to key stakeholders in a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand fashion
- Manage and introduce strategy development across different markets using various research and analysis tools to implement market-specific campaigns
- Lead client discussions on campaign optimizations, testing, course correction, new offerings, and other campaign-centric initiatives
- Serve as a resource for team members for advice and counsel
Qualifications:
- Self-starter with proven ability to drive projects from start to finish promptly
- Possess a solid ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with flexibility.
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Practical verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present in a clear and actionable way
- A collaborative team player who can work independently and as part of a matrix structure
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in growing and scaling operations in previous roles.
- Ability to present and sell strategies/plans to the client
- 3+ years of work experience in & social marketing platforms Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Snapchat, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience managing teams of 3+
- Experience managing large media budgets and achieving monthly goals for spend and critical performance metrics
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines
- Experience with ad serving & bid management platforms (e.g., Google Ads 360, Marin, Kenshoo, Unified, 4C, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree, concentration in business, marketing, or advertising preferred but not required
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- High competency level in MS Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Professional and respectful demeanor in dealing with internal and external business partners.
