What You Will Do:
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to provide leadership and coordination in support of our client's Finance Technology domain, with primary focus on the Run and Maintain support team. This role will also flex into supporting workstreams within broader company initiatives, including Finance Transformation.
As a Technical Program Manager, you will oversee the full program lifecycle—from planning and execution to delivery. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results aligned with business goals. This role requires balancing multiple priorities, driving program governance, and setting the standard for operational excellence.
THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE WITH 4 DAYS PER WEEK REQUIREMENT ON-SITE IN SEATTLE, WA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Drive end-to-end execution of a diverse portfolio of initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and modernization strategies.
- Program Planning: Define program roadmaps, deliverables, and milestones in partnership with business, product, and technology stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders, business partners, and technical teams to ensure program success and transparent communication.
- Risk & Issue Management: Anticipate risks, develop mitigation plans, and address challenges proactively to minimize disruption.
- Technical Integration: Partner with engineering teams on data migrations, system design, and adherence to architectural and security standards.
- Change Management: Support change readiness activities, ensuring technical transitions are well-aligned with broader organizational goals.
- Reporting & Communication: Present updates, demos, and risk strategies to leadership, including executive-level stakeholders.
- Proven background in technical program management with experience leading complex, enterprise-level initiatives.
- Familiarity with Finance platforms and related business processes (Oracle, Tableau)
- Strong history of building governance structures within agile/scrum environments.
- Ability to anticipate and resolve blockers in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
- Skilled at resource planning and managing large program budgets.
- Comfortable presenting to senior leaders and executives.

What We Offer:
The annual salary range for this role is $125,000-$165,000. We have a strong preference for a C2C arrangement, so we encourage all with their own LLC to apply.
Location:
This role is hybrid and requires 4 days per week in office in Seattle, WA.
