ARSIEM is looking for a Passive Geolocation Specialist (Apprentice Operator – Passive (AO-P)) to provide geolocation solutions. This position will support one of our Government clients in Augusta, GA or San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities

• Perform 24/7 operational support to the government by performing real-time geolocation and collection operations.
• Use various tools and databases to create, modify and assess requirements; adjust collection system/access tasking; monitor the status of a collection system/access; monitor dataflow architecture and identify and communicate any problems or discrepancies; provide first-instance troubleshooting; and provide technical/operational guidance to customers.
• Educate supported units in capabilities.
• Mentor less experienced operators to enhance and reinforce the standards of the BARKINGBADGER Training Program and JOIO Operational TTPs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Two (2) years of operational experience, within the last five (5) years with one of the Service Cryptologic Elements, or another government intelligence agency (as a government employee or as a contractor) in collection or geolocation.

Preferred Qualifications

• NSAG Passive Geolocation Certification or SCE Airborne Collection Operator Certification
• Real-time RF COMINT collection (Airborne, Space borne, Terrestrial, NTM) of:
• Narrow-band analog Push-to-Talk radios
• Digital Mobile Radios (point-to-point, networked via RF or IP)
• Trunk Mobile Radio Systems
• High Powered Cordless Phones
• Personal Communication Devices operating in 2G, 3G, and 4G technologies
• Manual, automatic, and/or synthetic Time/Frequency Difference of Arrival (T/FDOA) geolocation operations of COMINT emitters
• Multi-aperture Direction Finding 

Clearance Requirement: This position requires an Active TS/SCI with a polygraph. Candidate Referral: Do you know someone who would be GREAT at this role? If you do, ARSIEM has a way for you to earn a bonus through our referral program for persons presenting NEW (not in our resume database) candidates who are successfully placed on one of our projects. The bonus for this position is $5,000,  and the referrer is eligible to receive the sum for any applicant we place within 12 months of referral. The bonus is paid after the referred employee reaches 6 months of employment.
